I need to move our garden work to this Sunday rather than this Saturday.....still at 9:00 AM....I have a few yard tools but please feel free to bring your own....and a pair of gloves might help. Mulch should be delivered by this weekend and I have already bought the bulbs and flowers....hope you can join.

Fall Planting at Zenith
Please join this Saturday at 9:00 AM---weed the yard, trim the summer plants, mulch the area and plant bulbs for spring....might even be a donut or two.

Jose on Vacation
Jose is on vacation for the next 2 weeks. We have a temporary employee working in his place named Mariano Ramirez. Since Mariano is not as familiar with the building, he will be doing the basic cleaning - but not additional work. Jose did show him the ropes before he left so I hope all continues smoothly but please let me know if you have any questions or concerns.
2010 Board
Although it may seem a long way away, it is time to begin thinking about the Board for next year. We will have at least one vacancy and I would like to ask any owners who would like to serve to let me or another current Board member know.
Board Membership has a reputation of being little more than a chore. I cannot speak for other builidings, but can tell you that at the Zenith it is quite fun. The meetings are always relaxed, the building is pretty easy to run and after a few years of change we have our processes well defined.
I encourage you to participate.

The Zenith on Facebook

The Board is pleased to announce an upgrade to the Zenith Condo web site. We have revamped the site to make it more user friendly. Please check back regularly for notices about upcoming meetings, social events, maintenance work and other activities that will impact our community.
One key addition is the inclusion of a document library in the 'Useful Links' section on the right hand side. The UserID and Password have been emailed to all residents and owners. If you have not received them it means we do not have your email. Please contact the President.
We have also included a search function, so if you need to find older posts or information, this should make life a little easier.
